Our Doctors

Dr. Arielle Hall, DDS is originally from Cookeville, TN where she grew up in a family of 6. There, she attended Tennessee Tech University for her undergraduate degree in Biochemistry. While in college, Dr. Hall met her husband, Ryan, while he was pursuing a pre-medicine major. After graduation, they moved to Memphis, TN where Dr. Hall started dental school at University of Tennessee Health Science Center. After finishing dental school, Dr. Hall and her husband relocated to the Chattanooga area for Ryan to pursue residency at UT Family Medicine Erlanger.

Dr. Hall and Ryan have a 4 year old Pomeranian named Nala who is as sweet as she is playful. Be sure to ask Dr. Hall to ask to see a picture of her when you come into the office!

In her spare time, Dr. Hall enjoys sewing, playing with her pup, and spending time with her husband and family.

Dr. Hall became a dentist because she loves to connect with people. Being able to develop relationships with families, old to young, is why she loves her job. Dr. Hall desires to provide dental care to patients in a non-threatening peaceful environment. Her hope for our patients is that they can come and be cared for without having to worry. Dr. Hall is passionate about educating patients on their oral health. She enjoys helping encourage patients not only to push for optimal oral health, but also to fight for the smile they desire. She wants to see our patients with more self-confidence and better well-being when they leave the office. Dr. Hall looks forward to taking care of your dental needs and getting to know you along the way.

McKenzie Boling, DDS

Dr. McKenzie Boling grew up in Rhea County ultimately graduating from Rhea County High School in 2004 where he played soccer and football.  As a huge Vol fan, he attended the University of Tennessee at Knoxville, so he could cheer on the Big Orange in person.  He is pumped about the return of Tennessee athletics whether it’s baseball, basketball, or football.

Dr. Boling graduated with a bachelor of science in civil engineering in 2008.  After graduation, he married his high school sweetheart, Ashley, who was attending dental school at the University of Tennessee Health Science Center in Memphis.  While Ashley finished her last two years of dental school, Dr. Boling received a master’s in civil engineering from the University of Memphis.  The Boling's then returned home to Dayton where Dr. Boling worked for a large consulting firm in Chattanooga as a structural engineer.  He worked on many projects across the country, but is most proud of his role in the Watts Bar Unit 2 effort.  After working as an engineer for several years, Dr. Boling decided to change gears and pursue a degree in dentistry.

Dr. Boling is thrilled to be in his hometown serving his friends and neighbors and is thankful for all of the patients that have trusted him with their oral health since opening the office in 2017.  Dr. Boling created Richland Creek Dental to be a faith-based practice where our desire is to not only help patients achieve their oral health goals but to uplift them along the way.  Richland Creek Dental does this not just with how we treat our patients, but we also put our money where our mouth is by partnering with numerous local organizations and nonprofits.  When Dr. Boling is outside of the office, he enjoys coaching soccer, strumming his guitar, and spending time with his wife and kids Goldie, Willow and Luca.

We’re here for you.
